Steve is right.  You can also write balanced equations to solve this problem as well.  That would show that you would need half as much sulfuric acid as HCl stoichiometrically.

It would take more of the 0.1 M HCl.  Sulfuric acid has two protons per molecule, so it takes half as much of the 0.1 M H₂SO₄ to neutralize the sodium hydroxide.
