need help to calculate how fast i need to go to cover the area of 3m2 in 5 min

Speed will be in the units of m/min.
 
First, take the square-root of 3m2 to get 1.732m.  Then, divide this result by 5 min.

The speed would depend on the configuration of the 3m2 and the size of the instrument used to "cover" the area.
For the first consideration of configuration, the time needed to cover a 1m x 3m area would be different from the time needed to cover a 10cm x 30m area.
If I were painting ("covering") an area the time needed for a 1m brush would differ from that needed for a 10cm brush.
The question is poorly posed.
