likert scale

Question

i have 34 types of accounting violations, and i want to know which violations can be considered as a fraud, i asked this question to experts by using likert scale questioner, the answers are strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree. I have only 11 responds. my question is, which statistical analysis should i use ( median, mode .....).to classify the violations into fraud or not ?

The mode and median can be used.  The mode is the score with the highest frequnecy.  The median is the middle score.  The mean requires at least an interval scale.
