Taylor, when you multiply or divide things under separate radical signs, you can put them all under the same radical sign, and vice versa.

 

We then do the operation and end up with

 

√6b³

 

Since b³ = b² x b, and the square root of b² is b, we can pull it out.

Proper parenthesization is required to make the problem clear.  That is, in the denominator, is a under the radical?

In the numerator, is the radicand simply 36?

 

These difficulties are due to the fact that WyzAnt's platform is not as good as, say, MATHTYPE (Equation Editor) within Word, where radicals contain the horizontal bar (called vinculum) that indicates the scope of the radicand, and also where they have sensible provision for numerators & denominators, with a horizontal dividing symbol between them.
