A boy casts a shadow of 3 meters. He is 1.3 meters tall. Find the angle of elevation flow the sun.

I do not know if I use Tan or not in this situation. I did it as Tan=1.8/3 to get 31° (since we round to the nearest meter) but I am unsure if it is correct.
