There are 3 positions, i.e., we have 3 spaces to fill and 20 people for that, let's consider one space at a time.

first space can be filled with 3/20 probability next position will have only 19 people and 2 positions left therefore 2/19 is the probability and for last position 1/18 ways. 

 

Therefore, the answer can be (3/20)x(2/19)x(1/18)= 1/1140
