It should be kinetic and potential energy since it's at a height above the ground it haspotential energy and kinetic since it's moving. I would say A both kinetic and potential.

Consider a bicycle at the top of a hill. At this point the bicycle had zero kinetic energy (energy of motion) and maximum potential energy (stored energy). As the bicycle begins to move the kinetic energy is at a maximum and potential at a minimum until it comes to rest sty the bottom of the hill where its energy profile mirrors what it was at the top of the hill. Kinetic energy is energy of motion and potential energy is energy of position or stored energy.
