Specific density of alcohol = Density of alcohol/Density of water     

 

Specific density =ρ_l/ρ_water            Note that water is the most abundant fluid with density of 1 gram/cm³

ρ = specific density*ρ_water 

    =0.8 g/cm³

V = 300mL = 300cm³ 

 

M = ρ*V = 0.8 g/cm³*300cm³ = 240 grams
