Cheap acting classes for international students in the Bay area

Hi everyone, I'm an international student, I want to study acting in the Bay area and I need a cheap school that provide the I-20 for the international students. I would like to know what are the cheapest acting classes for international students in the Bay area such as Los Angeles and San Jose. Thank you for your help :)
