Do you mean "slope intercept form?"
Slope intercept form is set up as:
y = mx + b
where m is the slope and the y-intercept
is the point (0,b)
Just solve for y
2x-6y-3 = 0 add 3 to both sides
2x - 6y = 3 subtract 2x from both sides
-6y = -2x + 3 divide both sides by -6
y = (-2x+3)/(-6)
y = (-2x)/(-6) + 3/(-6)
y = (1/3)x - 1/2
slope m=1/3
y-intercept = (0,-1/2)
