am i missing $45?

original amount=$1200 i have spent $291 from that amount. when i subtract 291 from 1200 i get $909. i count the money i have in my safe and it equals $834. 909-834=75. Am i missing $75 dollars from my safe ? im not sure if im doing the math right ?

Your math looks correct, Mikaela.  $75 must be missing from the safe, unless there was another purchase that you didn't count.  Hope that helps.

$1200 - 834 = $366.

 

$366 - 291 =$75

 

It would seem that you removed $366 from the safe, spent $291, and you still have $75 in your pocket or purse.
