How do you find cot of 180 degrees?

The unit circle is a circle with a radius of 1 and centered at the origin (0,0).

cot=cos/sin

cos(180º)=-1

sin(180º)=0

cos/sin=-1/0 which is undefined

cos π = -1

 

cot π = -1 / 0

 

cot π is undefined.
