asked 11/29/15I have a 8x10 picture frame and want to fit 60 pictures in it. How big do the pictures need to be?
Im in need of help for a Christmas present. I want to do a collage of pictures but I don't know how small the pictures need to be in order to fit all 60. if it won't work, I can always group pictures together in a collage on my phone and print it as one.

A 10 x 13 (inch or foot) frame has an area of 130 square (inches or feet).
If every picture has the same area, then dividing 130 square units by 60 would give you the area of each picture.
130/60 is a bit more than 2 square units, but allowing for a small amount of space between pictures, 2 is a good approximation.
So a picture could be 1 (inch or foot) by 2 (inches or feet), or any combination of length times width that will = 2 square units.
