 Using the foil rule

 

ind the product: (3x + 4)(3x +4)
Use FOIL:
F: 3 x*3 x=9 x^2
O: 3x*4 = 12x
I: 4*3 x = 12 x
L: 4*4 = 16
Combine these products to get:
19 x^2+24 x +16
