If the pH of a solution is 7.  The H+ concentration is 1 x 10^-7.  The auto ionization of water is 1x10^-14.  If that is the case.  the hydroxide ion concentration is also 1 x 10^-7  

 

So the H+ or hydronium ion concentration is the same as the hydroxide ion concentration
