The number terms seem to be doubling and there is a pattern in the letters if you write the alphabet backwards....so lets do that.

Do you see the pattern?

 

So your next three terms of the sequence should be.......16,L,32.....then F then 64....but then there are no more letters left.

so ZXUQ

is skip 1 after Z, skip 2 after X, skip 3 after U, skip 4 after Q or L

The numbers are 2, 4, 8, doubled after each so the next number is 16

so the combined sequence is:
Z,2,X,4,U,8,Q,16,L
