10⁷ = 10000000

10^-3 = 1/1000

 

First multiply 3.2 by 1.2 = 3.84  ------------------------- (1)

Then multiply 10,000,000 by 1/1,000 = 10,000 ---------(2)

 

Now multiply 1 and 2 = 38400

 

Scientific means only one digit to the left of the decimal, So you have 3.84*10⁴

 

You can use the same method for the other two.
