if this is the question in it's entirety then this is as far as they can be added as they are not like terms. if the "t"at the end doesn't belong there, then because they are like terms you can combine the coefficients (14 + -16 = -2) and bring down the variable with exponent (do NOT combine the exponents). The final answer would then be -2x3.
