What would the philosopher Immanuel Kant say about Marriage Fraud and undocumented immigrants?

Let's say you know a woman. She is an undocumented Immigrant from China, who wants to get married so she can go back to China to see her children (who she hasn't seen in 10 years). She works in a nail salon for 50 to 70 hours a week and send most of her money back home to her children. She is a decent woman, kind and helpful to others, volunteering in her community. You've known her for 5 years and believe she would be an exemplary American Citizen. She has saved money in order to pay someone to marry her, even though you would expect nothing. You live alone, have no spouse or dependents, and you think this marriage would be the moral thing to do. What would Kant say about this?
