Find the hydrogen ion concentration of baking soda, which has a pH of 8.3. Be sure to use proper scientific notation to receive full credit.

Perhaps one should note that the problem should have said "concentration of an aqueous solution of baking soda" -- baking soda itself (dry) doesn't have a pKa!
