When you're trying to determine statistical significance, the p-value is the most important number. For the regression to be significant, your p-value has to be below a certain criterion that you set beforehand. In this case, your criterion is 10% or p = 0.10. If your p-value is less than 0.10, then your regression is considered statistically significant. If your p-value is greater than or equal to 0.10, then your regression is considered to be non-significant.
