5(t+3)+9 = 3(t-2)+6

all it says is solve, please include steps :)

Can you distribute the 5 and the 3, then get all the expressions with a "t" on one side, then make it "1t" to find the value of "t" for which the equation is true (that is, to "solve" the equation")?

Two equal signs are in the statement. Only one should be there. Please check.

get off all parentheses.
5t+15+9=3t-6+6
then put the 't'number together and the number together
5t-3t=-6+6-15-9
2t=-24
t=-12

may it be in this way

5t+15+9=3t=6+6

or, 5t-3t=12-24

or, 2t=-12

therefore t = -6

ans: -6
