5(t+3)+9 = 3(t-2)+6 Use distribution property
5t+15 + 9 = 3t-6 + 6 Combine like terms on same sides
5t+ 24 = 3t Now combine like terms by subtracting 5t on both side
-5t -5t
24 = -2t divide -2 to both side and solve for t
-12 = t
Solution: t= -12
Ahnaf A.
may it be in this way
5t+15+9=3t=6+6
or, 5t-3t=12-24
or, 2t=-12
therefore t = -6
ans: -6
