What is the half life of a compound if 75% of it decomposes in 60 minutes? Assume first order kinetics. Thanks in advance!!! :-)

There is 25% or 1/4 of the substance remaining. Since 1/4 = (1/2)², two half-life have elapsed, which is given as 60 minutes. So one half life is 30 minutes.
