1: p-value is the probability of obtaining a sample result at least as extreme as that which was observed, assuming the null hypothesis is true.
2:An experiment is necessary to establish a cause-and-effect relationship between two variables.
3:When we use a sample to develop a confidence interval for the population proportion, that interval always contains the population proportion.
4:I conduct a hypothesis test and find the null hypothesis should be rejected at significance level a(alpha) = 0.01.  I may conclude that the null hypothesis would also be rejected at significance level a(alpha) = 0.05.
