Help Please

A builder needs to build a ramp to a house. It starts at 10 meters from the house, and when it reaches the house it is 0.8 meters higher than where it started.
Building regulations state that the maximum gradient allowed is 0.07.
Will he be able to build the ramp straight to the house? If not suggest changes he would have to make to the ramp.

Suggestion in addition to Mark's: do not build a "straight" ramp. Note 10 meters is a lot of room, so perhaps a "switch back" ramp leading up to the 0.8 meter higher house entrance will work. Mathematically, you are just extending the change in horizontal to decrease the regulated gradient 0.07 maximum. Welcome to the wonderful world of engineering design. :)
