The length of an arc of a circle associated with a specific angle is simply the number of radians times the radius. That's the whole idea of radians. 1 radian is the angle that creates an arc exactly equal to the radius.
So you just multiply the radius by the number of radians to get the length of the arc:
107 * 5.9 = 631.3 km.
