4x-y=-8
y = 4x +8
this line doesn't pass through the origin. It has y intercept of 8 or (0,8) and
has x intercept of -2 or (-2,0)
connect those two points with a straight line and that's the graph of the equation
shift the line down by 8 and it goes through the origin (0,0)
or equivalently, shift it right by 2 and it goes through the origin
