which is best prep SAT course kaplan or princeton

I'm a rising junior in High school. I would like to know which SAT prep course is the best KAplan or princeton?

If you are a junior, you will be taking the redesigned PSAT in October and the redesigned SAT in March, 2016. The only book you should buy is the redesigned SAT official guide from the redesigned SAT section of the website or at B&N. This book came out on July 1, 2015. The tests are changing tremendously. I have been tutoring SAT/ACT prep for quite some time, and in my opinion they're both about the same. They both teach the same outdated test-taking methods that have been taught for decades.

 

If you just want help understanding the subjects, either will suffice, so I would use the least expensive. The Princeton Review study guide is superior to Kaplan, however.

 

Your best possible option is to find a good tutor in your area. The cost will probably be comparable, and you'll receive individual instruction instead of in a group.
