(3p-3)/(8p-8) = (3(p-1))/(8(p-1)) = 3/8
9/(3p2) = 3/(p2)

Just like your other question from a year ago, I didn't realize these were fractions. For the sake of posterity, here's the correct answer:
1. Flip the second fraction's numerator and denominator so you can multiply instead of dividing
(3p-3)/(9) x (3p2)/(8p-8)
2. Factor everything you can
3p-3 = 3(p-1)
8p-8 = 8(p-1)
3. Cancel out terms that appear in the top and bottom
You'll get rid of the (p-1) terms.
You've also got two 3's in the top, which equals 9, and a 9 in the bottom,
so cross all of those out.
4. Combine whatever's left in the numerators and denominators
You've got a p2 left in the top and an 8 in the bottom:
p2
---------
8
