It would be easiest if you factor out x on the right side of the equation. Then, it will look like this: y = x*(x-6). From there, you can plug in the values of x and do the arithmetic from there. For example:
y = x*(x-6)
y = 1*(1-6)
y = 1*(-5)
y=-5
You can follow that setup for any of your values of y that you need to calculate.
