Numbers forming a triangle and right triangle

When given by here numbers, how do you tell if it can form a triangle? Also a right triangle?

Given three sides, if the sum of two shorter sides is larger than the third side, then you can form a triangle.

If the sum of squares of the two shorter sides equals to the square of the third side, then you can form a right tiangle.
