I want to get a refund for a couple of the tutors I tried out because they all are backed by the good fit guarantee, but I can't seem to find the place where I can request the refund.

Where is the place I should go on the Wyzant website to get a refund for a tutor?

On Wyzant, the "Good Fit Guarantee" refund process isn’t something you’ll find as a standard button in your account—it typically involves contacting their support team directly. Here’s what you should do: Log into your Wyzant account. Go to the Help Center (you’ll find the link at the bottom of the website). Search for “Good Fit Guarantee” and click on the article. It will give you a link or directions to submit your request. Alternatively, scroll to the bottom of the Help Center page and click Contact Us → choose Request a Refund as your reason. Fill in the details (tutor name, lesson date, and reason) and submit. If you can’t find the form, you can also email them directly at [email protected] explaining that you’re requesting a Good Fit Guarantee refund for specific lessons. They’ll usually respond within 1–2 business days. Ask ChatGPT
