Hi
I'm having issues with the "messages" tab - nothing is loading when i click the tab and I know that there are previous messages between me and the tutor

Hi Brian, this has happened to me as well. What worked on my end was reinstalling the app on my phone, and switching to a different browser platfrom to use Wyzant on. For whatever reason, Google Chrome was not working and I had more success with FireFox or Edge. Let me know if this helps!

I'm sorry that's happening to you! I've had that happen to me before. Have you tried using the app on your phone? Sometimes I am able to see messages on there that are not apparent through the browser. If that doesn't work and the problem still hasn't resolved, I would suggest reaching out to Wyzant directly, at [email protected] .
