I am a teacher. I would like to find some students that need to be teach some subjects like Farsi, Math, and special needs students.

Given how your question is worded, it's clear that English isn't your first language. It's incredibly impressive that you can tutor in multiple languages! You might find more success if you work in Farsi for literature and save your English for topics like Math that aren't so English-based. Native speakers of English writing in English will need a tutor whose English is essentially perfect, but there are likely plenty of students who speak Farsi who would really love your expertise in Math and Medicine.
