1. Primary Textbook: Start with Knopman Marks or Kaplan for a structured walkthrough of the Uniform Securities Act, registration, fiduciary duties, and exemptions. These are your backbone.
2. Supplements: If your main text is too dense, supplement with STC or Achievable summaries. They're more digestible and great for review.
3. Practice Exams: You're right — Pass4Future, Kaplan QBank, and Knopman Marks test bank are excellent for pattern recognition. Do at least 6–8 full-length practice exams before test day.

2. Focus on These Tricky Areas

1. Agent vs. Broker-Dealer Registration — know the difference in who must register and when. This shows up often in tricky scenario-based questions.
2. Exempt Securities vs. Exempt Transactions — a classic curveball. Flashcards help here.
3. Fiduciary Standards & Conflicts of Interest — Series 63 tests judgment. Think like a regulator: What’s the most ethical or client-protective choice?
