Can the name on the lesson/invoice be changed

Hello. I am getting reimbursed for my granddaughters tutoring from the State of Ohio but

it was rejected due to the name on the lessons/invoice is my name Jean Netz.

I am not the one that received the tutoring. I am the grandmother that paid for the tutoring.

Can that name be changed to Mya Hassan who received the tutoring.

I think you can call the Wyzant support team and ask them to change the name.
