Amortization Schedule excel sheet

I was hoping for assistance in creating a spreadsheet that can be used to calculate an amortization schedule for a loan. I want to create one that should be formula driven so it will adjust with the variables that are input into it given changes in rate, amount, amortization period, interest only periods, term, and closing fees, the spreadsheet should be able to calculate: Date of payment, payments, interest, principal payment, balance, yield. Also to be able to calculation for average life, duration, actual / 360, summation by year calendar and fiscal. I will be using this to help prepare for an interview with a finance real estate company, I was hoping to learn how to make one quickly and then do so on my own after. The interview is Oct 21, I will send a screenshot sample of how I would like to do it.
