Unable to find my chemistry tutor in database

I signed up for this tutoring service with Leah A. (chemistry) because she came recommended by a family friend. I logged into your programs to set up a session with her but could not find her in the tutoring database, nor did the session that I requested (Today at 8:00 pm EST) get confirmed. I was wondering if I could get help connecting with her and setting a first session. Thank you!
