How do you protect logical, debatable, propositions and avoid name-calling. and hate speech?

Logic is not based upon hearsay, gossip, rumor, folktales, old wives tales of Haitians eating cats, robbing house pets, and ad hominem or name-calling, racist-xenophobic and Nazi-tactics of detention, deportation, or a police-state, where it becomes eugenics, tropes for dehumanization, tropes of racial or ethnic fear or angst, fear of genocide brought about from Hitler's "Mein Kampf" in a racial historical Alien and Sedition Act, like the 1950's of Eisenhauer's Mexicans laborers for the rounding up of Wet-backs, or Miller's under ex-President's Trump as the Concentration camps or the separation act, where families were ripped apart and lost in actual law of hatred---the cleansing of "vermin," taken from Hitler's Lebensraum.
