Help with Video on File

Hi,

My daughter Vivienne just completed a session with a tutor and the 1 hr and 15 min session is not available under the "recorded sessions". Can you please retrieve the recording. I only see a 1 minute recording in my Wyzant Profile. We need access to the video in case Vivienne has questions.
