Warmup every time you practice with low and middle range long tones. After 3 minutes move to lip slurs: slur together all the notes in 1st position, low to high to low. Use other positions and do this until you are tired then rest your lip. Work on at least one scale. Rest when tired. Have fun playing some pieces. Start with 10 minutes a day if you haven't played in a while.
