What are your strenghts and weaknesses?

Sometimes, what appears to be a simple question can actually be quite complex to unravel. I enjoy encouraging this type of thinking to broaden my clients' horizons and encourage deeper contemplation on life's subjects.

I always love to have this question asked, and in my professional career as a staffing agent, I would ask this of the people we hired who were looking for work. It's a very common interview question. It's a great way to gauge a person's self-perception and their level of honesty about themselves and their work ethic.

For me, my strengths include attention to detail, the ability to multitask without getting overwhelmed or losing track of assignments, effective time management, and the ability to work well both as a team member and individually.

My weaknesses are that I am a bit of a perfectionist, which, depending on the situation, may not be favorable. I also take a while to find my groove or get comfortable in new and different environments. I sometimes also be overly critical of myself and my work, which leads me to be stressed even when expectations are met or exceeded.
