The correct answer is Water because everybody needs to drink it and if you jump into the ocean, river, or lake you can be drown by it.
This is a universal substance that everybody drinks.

Water is a good answer! Maybe also a preditor such as a hawk? Let me explain.
When you try to catch fish (perhaps so you can eat), you are said to "fish" -- a verb. So when hawk catches and eats a swallow (they are very fast, and hard to catch), it can be said to "swallow". Now the other part requires that we swallow that predator in turn. I've never eaten a hawk, but I have had a snake. Can you imagine a snake swallowing a swallow which you then swallow?
This reminds me of the supposed infinite sentence using just one word -- fish.
"Fish!" is a command.
"Fish fish." tells you what some predatory fish do.
"Fish fish fish." tells you what those predatory fish are after.
"Fish fish fish fish." requires a bit of help. Read it as "Fish that fish, fish fish".
And if fishing predators each other predators, we get "Fish that fish, fish fish that fish."
And so on! Have fun!
