How does a balance of a quest for rationality, logic, a strong sense of purpose, and a sense of spirituality preclude scholarly provincial "letter of the Law" regionalism?

The patterns of shifting cultural revolutions, changes in critical discourse, and the nuances if common idioms, expressions, or even jingles, slang, or jargon often reflects a charge in the Zeitgeist or memes of so-called the rhetoral declarations in the areas of home, market place, and in the justice system, the media or Broadcasting system or government apparatus. For each agency, the personnel creates new vocabulary. When new scientists discover new data, they create a new jargon or argot, adding nouns or names for persons, places, and actions.
