What's the point of life?

Those who play GTA (Grand Theft Auto) max out their character's potential. They purchase all the property, cascinos, cars, helicopters, and planes. I never seen someone play that video game and then under perform purposely.

How someone answers this question, "What is the point of life," depends on his overall philosophy or worldview.

A secular materialist might assert that there really is no point and, there being no point, just do whatever you want. Who cares, anyway?

Someone who believes that there is a God and design to the universe and life will give you a very different answer, usually along the lines that the point or meaning of life involves seeking a uniformity with God and becoming a virtuous, good person.

I know lots of people who have played GTA and have underperformed in real life. It's a fictitious way of approaching life. I wish I could go around, rob banks, rob casinos, and do all the things in GTA (Not the murdering dozens of people) and make money off of that, but organized crime isn't really as profitable anymore with advancements in law enforcement. I mean, if you went to an under developed country you could probably live lavishly; or as lavishly as they consider lavishly; but I would not recommend doing that.
