Can a tutor teach a child in Singapore?

We live in Singapore . But your form does not allow us to put a zip code outside USA. We are US citizens. But my child goes to an American school in Singapore.

please let me know how can request a tutor?

You can put out a request which will be answered by a number of people and they will give their rates and so,e info about themselves. You choose who you might be interested in and message them in order to set up a meeting. I do chemistry and have had students in China and Korea (I'm on the East Coast of the US) so meeting times are usually an 8-11 window AM and PM,
