You will want to use the equation PV=nRT for these problems. P is the pressure, V is the volume in liters, n is number of moles, T is the temperature in Kelvin and R is a constant with the value of 0.08206.
You are being asked to calculate the temperature when all other variables are given and R is constant. We can rearrange the equation to T=PV/nR and then solve for T
T = 15(1.750)/0.105(0.08206)
T = 3052.3 K
