Hello! This question requires the simple formula for Energy of a Photon: Energy = h*f, where h is Planck's constant and f is frequency.
E (in Joules) = (6.626 * 10-34 J/Hz) * (4.0 * 1014 Hz) = 2.65 * 10-19 J
