I assume your referring to the reaction 2KClO3(s) + heat → 2KCl(s) + 3 O2(g).
We need a conversion factor relating gram O2 produced to grams KClO3 used. The factor is
(3moles O2 x Mol. Mass O2) /( 2 moles KClO3 x Mol. Mass KClO3)
(3 x 32) / (2 x 122.5) = 0.392 g O2 per gram KClO3
Multiply the factor 0.392 x 25.7 g KClO3 to get 10.1 g O2
