Which browser are you using? And is it working on the web version, mobile app, one but not the other, or neither?
If you're using something like Firefox with certain privacy extensions enabled, or browsers like Brave, LibreWolf, or other similar browsers that have built in, and sometimes very strict, privacy restrictions and other things that can block certain scripts, links, popups, trackers/cookies, and generally sometimes make sites not operate "completely" - for a lack of a better word- because of some of those restrictions (which can be altered if you know what you are doing), that could possibly be the issue. If you're using Edge, Chrome, or Safari and you're having the issue on the web version, I am not sure what the issue could be. If you're having the issue in the app, then I definitely cannot be sure of what the issue would be. I apologize I cannot be of more help, but maybe if you are using one of those browsers I mentioned, that could possibly be the issue.
For what it's worth, it is working fine for me now both online and in the app.
